The food was very well presented and if you enjoy culinary journeys that reinvent or recreate dishes or deconstruct then even, then this is the place for you.As a side note.. The olive oil and breads served are outstanding. Regrettably also needed if you’re hungry as this is not a hearty portion orientated restaurant. The ambiance was outstanding too, its a very comfortable and luxurious dining experience and you can even walk into the kitchen and have a tour, something I will definately have to do on a future visit. The service was exemplary and our waitress was passionate in her run down of the menu options. All in all, a great restaurant to visit for a treat or to impress.

An evening to remember at this place away from the hustle bustle of the city and with 3 star Michelin Chef Heinz Beck personally hand crafting a five course menu, is truly memorable. I was here one evening and the place got pretty busy very soon. Each of these courses are a visual treat and of course a delight to the taste buds. The restaurant is sprawling with simple yet classy interiors and the service is impeccable. We were served by Faith who was a happy soul.We started the meal with some savory pre-starters. There were rice chips with the Italian flag colors on them, the Molecular olive and burrata, macaroons with beetroot and wasabi cream, arancini, saffron tapioca with green tea cream, crispy canola with ricotta cheese and hazelnuts and macaroon with cucumber yogurt. We also had fresh baked breads served with olive oil and salts, these were irresistible. The pre-starters did bring up the appetite and we could not wait for the experience to begin.First came the Amberjack on a bed of greek yogurt topped with cucumber and radish, so beautifully presented that I didn’t want to eat it. The next course was the Crab with vegetables and herb sauce. Being a sea food lover, I haven’t had crab meat with so much ease and loved the flavor of the herb sauce with it. I’m not a big fan of clams but no one would even say that the next course had them. We were served the Eggplant Tortellini with clams in a base of red and yellow tomatoes. The tortellinis are ring shaped pastas stuffed with eggplant and clams, the tiny pieces were amazing. The Veal Tenderloin was served next and we wanted it to be well done. I must say that it was fab !Ended the meal with an uncommon dessert. The dessert was the Mont Blanc. Chef Heinz Beck’s version of the snow-capped mountain, the Month Blanc. The dessert has puréed, sweetened chestnuts topped with a dab of whipped cream, this one was irresistible. The entire experience went a notch above when we got to meet Chef personally.
