Nice place for a dinner with beautiful view
We went to the beach house on saturday with a few friends. The evening started off fine but in the middle their service became really bad. I had to actually walk up to the service station and order food for the table. I even complained to the manager Mr. Mohhamed. Towards the end of the night we noticed they charged us for an extra bottle of wine. We were already extremely cheesed off by the poor service and then the manager comes over and when I told him that he needs to go and recheck he actually said please do not talk to me like this earlier also you told me that the service is not good in front of my staff. They took 45 mins to take the bottle of wine of the bill and when we asked a waiter what’s taking so long he said we need to wake up the earlier server to check again. Extremely unprofessional and the manager was so rude and unapologetic it was disgusting. Anantara has always had good service and we expected this to be like our previous visits to the beach house but unfortunately one bad member of the staff can definitely ruin customer experiences. I would request the management at Anantara to look into this as its damaging to their reputation.

Set right on the beach you can hear the waves lapping onto the sand. Great staff prepared excellent cocktails and mocktails for us. Shisha is available but we didn’t partake on this visit. Very beautiful,
Lovely views and very friendly staff. Very nice place to relax and spend time with friends and family. Food is nice. Their Pizza and Pasta were great. We ordered sides/small plates. they were actually very small plates 😛 Overall a good place, and highly recommended.
