I love to hang out at this spot.Shisha is great and the menu offers a wide variety of snacks, mains and desserts.At night they an Arabic band is there, very talented guys.Can get very busy in the evening but what bothers me is the customer service provided.It took the waiters about 30 minutes to get the Teapot and another 20 minutes for a bottle of water, I am not expecting much but that’s too long.

This restaurant in the hotel was very royal and the atmosphere was great, the food was delicious the service was very good, the restaurant was a great experience and enjoyed it
Went for suhoor the other day. Amazing ambience and beautiful setting. I ordered their royal mirage special sheesha which was a different feel and a myriad of flavors mixed well. However the coal kept burning out fast and needed to be refilled quite often which made the whole experience a bit dull. We then ordered the lamb chops which were just divine. They were so tender and juicy and just so flavorful. The fruit platter also had an array of selection and was so fresh and arranged so well. The arrayees was also so crisp and filled with meat well. The whole experience was a night to remember. The staff service was exemplary.
Dear Team Zomato,You seem to have missed the upgrade in d prices this restaurant has made.Its kind of misleading, because I thought the place was nominal looking at d menu card offered on ur website. But when i came here the prices were totally different.
An amazing location, best if you want to spend quiet time with close friends or family. The place is not crowded. Experience true Arabian hospitality, the traditional yet highly sophisticated setting will surely make everyone’s visit memorable. They have good variety of shisha, I tried rose shisha, it’s very unique.
Very disappointed with our service at the One and Only Courtyards this evening; what started off as a great evening ended up very sour, when the manager on duty accused a group of eight of lying re: a bill discrepancy and miscommunication. An unnecessary scene was created, with much back and forth- at one point the manager on duty brought forward a waiter who dispelled false facts about an interaction that never happened in order to serve the managers interests. At a 5 star hotel, where hospitality is said to be front and center this is completely unacceptable behavior. Never again is an understatement. Please avoid this place at all costs.
