TWENTY THREE is a new rooftop bar located on the 23rd floor of the brand new Grand Plaza Mövenpick in Media City. It has indoor seating and the outdoor seats provides panoramic views across the city – from Palm Jumeirah to Emirates Golf Club, and we can’t wait for the winter season to come enjoy the views.Went to visit their brand new Tuesday ladies’ night, and what an awesome experience it was. Ladies will be given three coupons for a complimentary drink with choices from prosecco, red / white wine, and house beverages. However, one of the coupons will be given to a guy for their free drink! How generous indeed. A live band will keep you entertained from 7:23PM – 11:23PM, and they will keep the night so lively and if you’re a latin music lover, it’s guaranteed that your feet will keep tapping.Interiors are simple yet elegant, and the staffs service is good. The managers Ankit and Kim is always around and will welcome you with their warm smiles.Valet parking is free by the hotel, and it’s highly recommended that you either come by your own car or arrange for Uber as getting a taxi from the hotel is difficult.

Their recommendations was good. I tried their cocktail it was really amazing and refreshing according to weather. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.Highly recommended by me.

We were glad we found this place. Miss Anna was very helpful and attentive we love the hospitality this place brought. Great ambiance.Only negative thing is that it’s hidden from easy access.But great place to chill and classy.We will return for sure. By the way I have no idea why some one put a 1star on this place. But for us this was a great hangout place.Keep it up
Great place to spend an evening, quiet place but offers quality interior, its a lounge bar, offers great views of the media city and the nearby areas from their outdoor roof top bar, have comfy seats for indoor seating as well with plenty of space. Very friendly staff. Outlet also have a good selection of drinks and some innovative dishes and they taste good too, I shall be visiting them soon for my next lounge evening.
Service has been amazing! Just loved the whole bit of attention and suave – the bar attender (Love) took. Good job man!! That’s a 4/5 rating for him!!Nevertheless still, a long way to go for the bar to make it as a popular dine out in my opinion. Quite pricey and I was surprised there weren’t any offers/discounts considering the fact that this is a new destination for guests to hop by. Will only go during happy hours if I have to. The top view from the bar is outstanding. Crowd and the vibe still to pick up to make it to the top. Has a lot of potential.Cheers,Pollyz
