If I could select zero stars to this review, then I would have. We ordered food for our office of 45 people in celebration of birthdays. I went personally to Alaa Aldin and spoke to the waitress and asked if they would be able to handle the large order, to which she answered ‘of course’. To cut a long miserable story short, our food came 2 HOURS LATE!!!!! They were supposed to deliver the food at 13h15, but we only started receiving the food bit by bit from after 2pm. The order they delivered was also not what we wanted and ended up with a a few portions of vegetarian food for an office filled mostly with meat eaters.They did not call us to notify us about the delay and later stopped answering my calls to the cellphone and landline number. When I went down to the restaurant to ask where the rest of the correct food was and why I was only receiving food every half an hour, the waitress was sitting playing on her phone and eating. There was ZERO customers in the restaurant, so there is NO REASON why they could be late with the order OR ignore my calls.The waitress then promised that they would give me back half our money, but not surprising, I have not been able to get a hold of them / a manager / anyone with authority in that place.They don’t care about their customers and have absolutely NO interest in trying to resolve issues. Instead, they choose to ignore the problem and are happy to have customers leave their establishment in fury.
Date of Visit – 07/08/2019We went in a group of 8 friends all vegetarian. This Restaurant is located in the heart of Marina (Very close to Pier 7) with amazing skyline and view. This restaurant has indoor as well as outdoor seating. Food – we order Hummus, Zaataar Manakesh, Muhmaara Manakesh, Muhmaara, Fattous Salad, Spicy Potatoes, Vegetable Pizza, Pasta. All the dishes we ordered was simply amazing in flavors, texture and quality of food is just wow with decent pricing of entire menu. I would give 10 out of 10 stars for Food. Service – The staff is very humble, friendly and very attentive for any needs. Top notch service and Lady Manager (I forget her name) was very friendly. Even Anam was very helpful and supportive in all our needs and he made sure we are looked after well and leave happy. Sheesha – Not only Food but they do have some amazing sheesha. The real fruit flavors sheesha are just amazing. We tried pineapple, and watermelon in real fruit (without any tobacco based flavors) we really loved pineapple sheesha. The sheesha guy (Egyptian) was also very humble and quick for any help. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and will defiantly go back soon with friend for good times. Thank you entire team.

Haven’t tried any of their meat/chicken though, or the mana2ish.Good service and the staff are accommodating.
