Overall friendly staff could have been better experience.
Love love love the afternoon tea at Brunellos. We had a day at the pool in the kempinski finished off with afternoon tea. The restaurant is pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing service. The afternoon tea has a great selection of teas to choose from and as well as a beautifully presented two tier tray of sandwiches and cakes you get a basket of scones with a tray of condiments including jam, butter, cream, lemon curd and chocolates.
Had a lovely seafood freshly cooked meal on the beach. Well worth trying if staying at this hotel. Excellent service and well cooked fresh food.
We went to kempinski for the iftar tent which is set attached to brunelloThe setup.is amazing and we were lucky to get a majlis seating even though we were just a group of 5. The food was mainly Arabic with dashes of continental and indian. Despite the large area the food service was white cramped which made the spread look smaller than it actually was.Lot of variety of salads and few options in kebabs. There was a fresh saj and shawarma counter and lamb ouzi all of which was fresh and nicely flavoured. My favourite were the rosemary potatoes and the fattoush.Desserts were primarily Arabic and the fruit was not too fresh. The Ramadan juices were nice but tea is not.included and is quite pricey to buy separately. It was also served brewed and bitter.The staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to guide on allergies and even customise food which is very rare in a buffet . So a full 5* to them for service.The price charged for the iftar may not be worth the amount spent looking at food menu and quality, but the location, setup, service justifies it.
An Italian, Mediterranean Restaurant in Keminski Hotel located at western corona of The Palm.A clear view Dubai Marina Beach and inside beach access of Palm.Even hot summer day can be pleasant for few hour in this restaurant.Comfortable and casual with family and friends, it is called day out.Grilled Seabass fillet with beetroot, Tomato Salsa, Pine seed and Black Olive was very good.Mushroom risotto was goodGrilled chicken was delicious with spicy garlic spinach and sun dry tomatoesRecommend for family day out within city limit.

Came there for a daycation with the whole family to enjoy the pool, beach and brunch there.From the moment we arrived until we left our experience was absolutely perfect. We arrived around midday and were greeted warmly by all staff, we were given sun beds right on the first row on the beach. The restaurant is located in the ground floor with beautiful views on the garden and pool area.A guitarist and singer were playing beautiful, relaxed music that made you feel like being on holiday – just perfect and as it should be!! When we arrived for the brunch, the table was ready as reserved outside but in the shade. The service was excellent, all waiters very friendly with a smile on their faces and fast and attentive service.The buffet was not the biggest but of very good quality and excellent taste, with a lot of different cuisines and fresh, healthy options, a lot of seafood and also various meat dishes.If you have any food allergy or dietary requirements please ask the chefs, they couldn’t have been more helpful and did go the extra mile to prepare another dish!We finished our lunch with an excellent cappuccino made to perfection with the Palm in chocolate powder on it!We will definitely come back again soon, definitely a perfect day with a flawless experience!!
