went for high tea today afternoon the place is good the food was good too but service very poor before going called up and was told water is included when requested for water was told it was charged We landed there at 3pm and they were in a rush to bring in the tea goodies as soon as they did that every one vanished caught hold of one and asked him to clear the table before bringing in the tea but to no avail asked for the tea with milk the tea came minus the milk and no cup very sad scene called the manager Mr Suman and complained he started cleaning the table we were a group of 18 ladies and had booked the table well in advance not a pleasant experience sorry to say
