Went in here one evening out of curiosity and was very pleasantly surprised. Being a lounge, the ambience was quiet and relaxing despite the hotel residents walking in and out of the huge distant entrance. Staff was fast and accommodating, with a top notch service. We ordered an Espresso Macchiato and a Caffee Latte ( I asked for and extra shot, cinnamon sprinkles and honey which was brought in a sealed mini jar ♥️).Along with our order, we were also served beautifully arranged sweet and savory cookies.Coffee tasted wonderful and rich. The prices are a little higher than the average American chain coffeeshops, but it was worth the service, quality and treats that came with it.
Turkish tea is 25 aed! While desserts are really good and worth of normal market price, simple tea is extremely expensive! It is only 1 aed in Turkey but it is 25 times more! They should reduce this price as soon as possible.
They have really good Turkish desserts but Turkish tea prices are very high! Omg! 25 dhs for one small glass tea?!?!!!! It is 1 dhs in Turkey. They should change Turkish tea prices!!!!

A large lounge overlooking the sea and the private beach of Rixos at JBR, the view is reason enough to be here. But then it only gets better with an amazing menu. The coffee comes with a assorted petit fours that included 2 pieces each of macarons, baklava, chocolate cookie, almond cookie and marshmallow. Haven’t seen such generosity by any cafe. Go for the cold mezze platter if you’re up for nibbles. The hotel lobby has a live jazz band, elevating the experience several notches up. Service is warm and impeccable, they have raised the standards of hospitality! Seating options are aplenty. Choose a nook with leather seats, or sit around the loungers. There’s something for everyone. Would definitely visit this place again & again. sahilosophy.com
