I called Kababji to place my order and asked for a specific item to be replaced and asked to confirm it can be replaced, and agreed to that, an hr later I received my order.. nothing was replaced and as if I never made that request when asked over a follow up. It seems that when I order thru an application, there is much more communication and I get my order properly delivered, but when I make the effort and contact the restaurant directly instead, Kababji doesnt really care.. guess Kababji is just not interested in a repeating customer and prefer my requests coming thru other applications.
Love love love the grilled chicken, taboule and everything else. However the garlic dip portion is extremely small for the size of the grilled chicken. You can order extra but it’s with an additional charge which think shouldn’t be
I am not sure where to start, whether you’re supposed to be a Lebanese eatery and your food taste like everything except Lebanese, or you are charging for upscale restaurant when you are actually serving the worst food ever or that your seasoned fries were fried 10 times before they reached me?I am Lebanese, i have been eating at Kababji (the original one in Lebanon) ever since i was a kid, this Kababji is a joke, nonetheless, should not be consumed!
Every time Zomato runs the no cooking week offer the quality of food served at kababji is questioned. As a customer I expect to get served the same quality and quantity of food as the normal menu. So please stop tricking your customers by making food portions look normal but in fact you are making it smaller by splicing the skewer of chicken into 2 and using it in 2 sandwiches instead of 1.
I got the seasoned fries and mixed grill . The grill was really good but too pricey and the quantity was enough to finish it in one sitting and wasn’t too much for the price I paid .
