i ordered a birthday cake. i sent the picture and z chef confirmed that he can do the same. when i saw the cake i was really shocked cz the cake has nothing to do with the picture i sent. i was really disappointed and couldnt do anything the last minute. they ruined the surprise. and even the taste wasnt food at all. so its not the address hotel standard at all.
Enjoyed a great Americano coffee. The coffee roast was delightfully strong. The presentation was very good as was the service. Relaxing atmosphere also. No pressure to rush the coffee and move on!
Came for afternoon tea, wouldn’t cone back (try Mashrabiya at Fairmont the Palm instead). Service is well meaning but slow and haphazard (orders take an age to reach the table, had to ask for cutlery & napkins, got part of the order wrong).Desserts were nice but the sandwiches were stale – bread quite hard (but not toasted?).All in all, a disappointing experience.
If you wanna sit somewhere where you can focus on your work and have a cup of tea. AND you are not easily pleased with any place, this is it
We went for hi tea and the sandwiches were all dry and soggy. We had to wait till they made the open sandwiches again. Dint expect this from a 5* hotel. The manager surely apologised but my experience was not that great. The quantity was less compared to other hi tea places. Only good thing is unlimited teas and coffee which were really good.
Kambaa is the lobby café at the Address Hotel in Dubai Marina. It’s business-chic attire makes it the perfect place for meetings. Service is equally impressive in a smiley professional kind of way. The tea, coffee, and juices I have had on my few visits have been spot on. My only qualm is that it’s super pricy. If this is a decision making factor , consider that there are a number of good coffee shops less than a minute’s walk away in the mall next door. No complaints other than that.Waste NOT. Want NOT.
Quiet lounge cafe located inside The Address hotel in Marina. I would recommend this place mostly for meetings and if you are seeking a peaceful spot for coffee or to grab a bite to eat. If you are seeking a place for music or a social event I wouldn’t recommend it, the ambience is a lil bit serious. They have a great selection of teas. Unfortunately they ran out of white tea so i selected the silk water which is a blend of green tea, jasmine and rose. Very pleasant and light fragrant tea. Comes in a big pot so good to share for two. They have a wide selection of baked and sweet goods out on display to tempt you as well. Or you can select from their menu items such as soup, snacks, sandwiches, salads other beverages too. I had the wild mushroom cappuccino soup that was served with a selection of bread. I’m a big fan of mushroom soup and it tasted great. Took about half an hour for it to be served to me..very long but worth the wait!Service was friendly and attentive. My server was always smiling, which also put a smile to my face too:) prices for coffee and tea is competitively prices among hotel cafes. Food items are quite pricey but again it’s inside the hotel, so it’s quite expected. Would I come back? Yes its a lovely spot if I’m seeking for a peaceful place for a cup of coffee or tea. Also it leads directly to marina mall if you wish to do a bit of shopping afterwards!
