I went there for dinner buffet. The customer service was bad; No body cleaned the table or refilled the water unless if we asked more than once.They brought the bill while we are still eating our food!!!The food was good but not much of variety for buffet price.

I Tried their Iftar Buffet in last day of Ramadan .. and it was really one of the best buffets I ever tried .. every thing was perfectly cooked .. very large salad bar and dessert station . the staff were very polite and responsive ..ambiance is recommended for romantic occasion .. Definitely I will give it another try .
Booked a table for Easter brunch. The ambiance was nice. The drawback was the food. The lamb shank grilled was horrible. The same goes for the mutton in Quinoa. The spread was minimal specially when compared to any fine dining restaurant.
I was here for a corporate event and lunch for the delegates was served here. It was a good spread, consisting of multiple cuisines including a great salad and dessert section. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue offered indoor and outdoor seating and is quite well designed as one would expect from the W brand.
Just excellent in every way. W Chain has built a brand on being contemporary and fashionable .. but at the LIV Restaurant i was treated to an experience that was so much more. Chef Animesh who remembered me from days gone by and front of house Mohamad made our dining experience so special .. its these touches and these team members that will elevate luxury into something much more lasting. we will return for more.
