Entire staff have no etiquette on customer service or how to deal with complaints. We were disrespected and staff do not know how to take accountability on mistakes made on their side. Unfairly treated would never go back and would not suggest anyone going there. They billed us for drinks we did not order. They could not show us video footage of this either, we were threatened to have the police called and kick us out which none of the above happened but to be forced to pay the bill.
