OMG in our 6 years of staying in Dubai I don’t think we have been to a more terrible restaurant. I was gifted a 3 course meal for two courtesy of my dear sister as a birthday gift. We arrive, after booking in advance although no need to as the place was empty with the exception of one couple who also had the same experience as us and left due to the terrible service after the wrong meal was served and after waiting more than an hour for the correct meal which never arrived. Our similar experience, we were greeted by uncooked prawn crackers, after waiting more than half an hour greeted by one soup and over cooked spring rolls. An hour passes the children’s food has still not arrived. One hour 15 mins later, at which point we were about to leave, under cooked veg noodles arrive, along with being served Pad Thai which had been incorrectly served to the previous guest who had left just before us, so needless to say the chicken had dried out and the noodles were stuck together in basically a cake form!! Still waiting for the fried rice and chicken for the children but at this point after receiving an undercooked meal and a left over meal from the other guest, we left, the audacity is that regardless that we never then had our 3 course meal for 2 people, the staff have the cheek to request us to pay for the soft drinks!! Outrageous, I am amazed that this restaurant has lasted even 3 months!! Absolutely awful food and service. Staff obviously knew the guests they did have were unhappy and therefore chose to hide away as there was not one staff member, waiter etc. in the actual restaurant. In addition, when bringing out the awful dishes we had to ask them about the cutlery and plates???!! Giving even a mark of 1 is being overly generous. The place needs to be closed down.
