Just would like to share my experience and I hope one day the service will change in this nice restaurant and coffee shop . I went with two of my friends it was quite empty we choose a table to set and the hostess came to us and saying sorry guys this table only for dinner without asking us if we would like to have a dinner or only shisha and coffee and took us to another table with only two chairs without bringing extra chairs for the rest of the guys , we felt so bad and embarrassing moment and decided to talk to the restaurant manager miss Anistazia we waited more than 10 minutes to come , when she came we explained to her and was waiting for her action but unfortunately said guys you can do what ever you want you are free !!?? Even she didn’t apologized or find a solution. She is really worse than the hostess and unprofessional and not suited for that position In such a nice place like this restaurant. I hope the management will investigate and take an action ASAP because they are loosing a lot of customers.

But what I don’t accept is the attitude of the hostess and her manager which is suppose not to be a manager in that place. U guys loosing many Costmer cos of this 2 staff which I mention. Just my advise to the owner of the place. Get someone qualified to manage that lovely place or else u will lose many guest.the first time I complain a issue to the manager and the manager say do what ever u want. This is its show how much this person didn’t care about Costmer satisfaction.

The attendant at the reception was a pretty face but unwelcoming and held a rude tone. Thankfully the waiters and attendants at the seating area were courteous. I wouldn’t want to bring my elders here again.
I liked very much, frendly staff, really good shisa, teasty food .There are russian speaking staff to comfortable for ukr/russian people. I recomend this place for everybody.
Mr bassam who said he was the manager was very bad he does not have any good etiquette to speak to a person when a particular person doesn’t know about certain things he has to Brief not act crazy
I order delivery ketam and combo C , was delicious and very fast . All portions very big. I love this place so much for dine in and delivery.Big thanks for all staff!!!
Food are great, awesome place and staff are very friendy. The price is cheap in the heart of dubai marina. Their specialty is the king crab with pepper sauce.
