What a gorgeous place! I love the interiors and just everything about how this place is done up. The place is sprawling and they even have an open oven where fresh breads are being prepared. We started the meal with the Phoenicia Hummus, Hazelnut Falafel and Fattouche. These were definitely not the regular ones and had very exquisite combinations. The Hummus was garnished with pumpkin , the Falafels were served on a bed of feta and garnished with radish. The Fattouche was served with asparagus and fresh greens, again not a regular combination. In the mains we called for Scottish Salmon Fillet and a portion of Chicken Tawook. The salmon was done to perfection and was garnished with some excellent spices. The Chicken Tawook was served in a wrap and came with fries. We ended the meal with a Cheese Kunafa. It was worth the wait as it was freshly prepared. It was an absolute treat and so fresh that it just melted in the mouth.
