The manager of Polo Bar (Hossan)was very rood and unprofessional !!! We came to the bar with cobone vaucher, but had no chance to print it out. Manager send us outside , refuse to accept vaucher by e-mail and did not give us any other option to solve this problem . Never come back to this bar with such kind of service, spoiling the name of the hotel.
