Very disappointing evening at Ramusake. The staff and especially the manager were super rude and not accommodating at all. We were a table of 14, eating and drinking, celebrating a birthday. You can just imagine what the bill looked liked at the end of the evening that was cut short because of that manager who obviously needed a lot of trainings and experience in hospitality.
Amazing exept for desert
The food was delicate and tasty and wine list good. A bit pricy for its standard. BUT: no filtered tap water, only overpriced bottled water to purchase, that’s ignorance and profit maximization. Please do something with that and we might come back! Our planet will not survive if the restaurants will not take their part of the responsibility.
Cool date spot for drinks and nibbles, some dishes are great others are very average. Highly recommend the Otoro Shiso bites and Tuna pizza. We also liked the Tiger prawn & shiitake mushroom gyozas. Very disappointed with the maki rolls and the dessert. If you want to order makis don’t go for the soft shell crab barely had any meat. The seared salmon maki was ok but nothing special.
