Worst Hotpot ever! Spicy hotpot tasted more of oil mixed with water & spices! No flavor other than that! Hotspots are robust and extremely flavorful but this lacked it all! Need to improve their broths and choice of Veggie Leafy green options which were missing from the menu! They focus more on charging the customers- as evident from Sauces & the buffet items full of fried items on offer! Great ambience, Location with the worst Hotpot Experience!

It’s my first time to dine-in here Because one of my friend recommend me to try there hotpot , yes it’s tasty but the only thing that disappoint me is there new policy in sauce they charge us per head . Only one took the sauce at the rest we didn’t take any. We try to explain our side but still nothing happen.
Seasoning scam
Illogical policy of sauce charge per head bcos it was ‘sharing’ even if a group of 5 person can only consume 1 small bowl of sauce.
Charging of 5aed for the seasoning per person is not very considerate. We are not making it as a soup to be charged like that. We didn’t even finish one small bowl of the seasoning for a big pot. I don’t think this is reasonable. Maybe they might as well serve the seasoning and charge based on the actual consumption.
