Were a grass-root & independent pizza joint located in Dubai working hard to bring the people of Dubai food with soul. Our unique pizza style is best described as East Coast meets Neapolitan in that our pizzas are made with Italian Caputo OO flour mixed to a New York Style dough recipe. We top our pizza with crushed Italian tomatoes and our fresh mozzarella is locally made right here in Dubai by Italian artisan cheese makers and delivered to us daily. All this comes together in our massive, gas fired New York Style deck oven. At its core pizza is bread bakingthe art of which is taken very, very seriously here at Francesco's. We mix daily and meticulously proof our dough for 48 hours offering up big puffy charred crusts with lots of character which we funk-up with non-traditional topping combinations and seasonal specials. Our sweet Italian sausage along with all of our deserts, dressings and most all of our pizza toppings are house-made daily. Our veggies are organic and locally sourced from the UAEs growing micro-farm community.
