I had the worst experience in that restaurant and I want to explain what happened to me I got there very hungry order a tilapia fish they took a long time to serve what I thought was normal because they had to prepare it I waited almost half an hour they finally served it and it really looked burned and I opened it in half and had a red sauce because I called the waiter to ask if it was spicy since I can not eat spicy he said that very little also adds that it was very burned and he said that only a little on the good edge I tried to eat something but really if it was burned on both sides and finally I decided to talk to the manager I went to the box very upset because the waiter told me that I do not hate doing anything and that I should pay because I had sent him to prepare but I argued that that was burned then it was not resolved then the manager said the same thing and made fun of me saying that I had said first that it was spicy and now burned as if I was I invented and the truth I just wanted to eat my problem was not the money if not because I had to eat burnt food it did not seem fair to have to pay that and I told them to charge me the rest but not that fish and what they answered was that I did what I wanted, they also made fun of me saying that where I was going to complain oh that I couldn’t do anything I wanted to take a photo but they had already removed the plate from the table I had already gone hungry and a bad moment I wanted to leave that place so against my will I paid that money and I retired; I was finding out what I could do in the face of this injustice but this was going to take me a long time so I decided to make this review that is not much compared to the bad service they offer there and what bad that they treat their customers by importing only the money if not the attention and education that anyone deserves the worst of dubai that restaurant
Food is better than some restaurants around it , but can get better. very helpful staff and u can also access wifi. being a regular customer i would food is good ,sometime it goes south depending on the number of customers
Very pathetic experince with Mr Rashid(Short Guy who is generally in evening). I ordered burger n got club sandwich that too not as their regular quality when i called and asked about same he said no you ordered club sandwich only. Inpite of accepting mistake he raised his tone. Eventually he replaced my order after quarel. Since m regular customer in during morning time. I went n met him personally today evening n asked casually rashid yesterday what happened? He started talking in arogant way saying whats ur problem if u dont like food dont come here why are you coming here? Guys this is not way to talk.. Since last 4 years m eating from this restaurant Mr Ajmal and Mr Rashid who are there in moring are very polite and humble. With this incident i lost respect for this restaurant also this behaviour of Mr Rashid ( Short Guy) is not at all acceptable..
Not recommended to dine-in. They have some AC issue on a routine basis. The cooling issues won’t let you enjoy the food. The delivery is timely. The delivery men are polite and friendly. The food is tasty and recommendable. Mix grill platter is what I have tried a few times and the quantity is good as well.
I dont find their food really good. But i guess its what you pay for. Food is cheap but i guess they can do so much better to keep their customer.
