Used to love this place sometime ago.. Recent visits have cockroaches everywhere when you are eating on the table. God knows how many are inside being cooked! It’s horrible now, please don’t visit or order. I stop today!

I will post negative stars if I can. Worst fast-food service. We ordered a simply zinger turkey sandwich and they cannot deliver the correct order. Called to complain about the wrong delivery.. One, the lady who took the order offered to send a turkey piece. WTF??! Two, they sent someone to take back the sandwich from us to put the turkey and deliver back. THIS IS A VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE. EVEN WE REQUESTED FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSED!!!!! I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS RESTAURANT READS THIS AND UNDERSTAND HOW BAD THE SERVICE THEIR STAFF IS GIVING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Extremely poor service standards. Home delivery is quite unreliable. They have no shame in saying after 2 hours that the said order is not available. Poor on hygiene too once someone walks in. Best to avoid such restaurants.
Surprised with the arrogance of the staff. Being regular customers, we expressed our discontent in our experience and the response we received was that they do not mind losing a customer as they have sales of 10,000 dirhams on a daily basis, as stated by Mr. Jaleel. Maybe they don’t yet realize that customer is king and bad customer experience could eventually lead to slump in sales.
Extremely Unprofessional! I have placed an order and failed to deliver exactly what I have ordered. and then the card machine ended up not working, which otherwise works when I order from Cascade itself or another restaurant.What did upset me the most was the way the receptionist or a Manager Mr Jaleel spoke to me. Very rude, extremely disappointing. He called back again, to have a further argument and not to miss, he also bragged about his 10,000 DHS sales that they make every day in the restaurant. So even if he is losing out customer he said that doesn’t matter. They need to be trained on how to talk to the customers.Since we were a regular customer, We didn’t expect this poor service.
