Tried their breakfast and dinner. Variety is ok as well as the taste. Service is ok but nothing exceptional. The ambience is a bit noisy as the place is spacious and can create lots of echo. It can be good for a casual meal with more healthy options served compared to other venues within the premiseI might go again for the hotels amenities. Try it you might like it more than I did
A great choice is on offer in Manava’s buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit, cheeses and salads are available alongside the cooked breakfast offerings including ready to order omelettes, beans, sausages as well as select Indian/Chinese cuisine. Pancakes and waffles finished off the breakfast nicely. Thoroughly enjoyed this one!
It is always a great experience in Manava.. where I usually celebrate all my family’s special days. What makes it something memorable is the kind stuff Imtiaz, Irtaza and the rest of the team. Thank you guys so much
A grand Iftar buffet with plenty of choices. However, while food was ok-ish in taste, it was not spectacular. The ouzi was ok, grilled kababs were a bit bland, and other main dishes were distinctly average.Salad bar was good thoughBest tasting items were the ramadan drinks- Jallab, Tamarind, and Apricot juice, just the right temprature and concentration and not too sweet. Too many restauratns dilute the drinks too much with heaps of ice or add extra sugar. The best thing about the buffet was the Kids Section, a separate section with kids meals and colorful plates : ) Not too many iftar places offer a separate themed kids’ sectionAnother thumbs up for the designated prayer area located close to the buffet area
I have visited today for Iftar buffet the food was disaster not even hot enough they offered juice which was removed from buffet 30 min after I arrived there was yogurt that is testing like water u test nothing at all The staff took my spoon 3 times and left me with no spoon half way of my dinning time they have Arabic lady captain when ever I ask for anything she make faces and show an inefficient behavior totally unprofessional , the food was below standard of any restaurant the shawarma was like pieces of chicken not even sliced as usual, the meet screwed were chunky and smelly salad was not testy even no lemon added to taboleh salad soup was finished and never refilled I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone even I urge Sofitel hotel management to look into this hassle
Went here for my birthday dinner buffet. The ambiance was very pleasant, soothing and nice. The variety wasn’t much and tasted just above average. The service was good and we also got a complementary cake with ‘Happy Anniversary’ written on it which was very cute.Overall, ambiance – 4/5, service – 4/5, food – 3/5
