Riva overall is a lovely place with a vibrant pool and beach. The gym is wonderful. Towel staff and gym staff great. However service at the Gazebo is a total disaster. Impossible to get anyone to pay attention. Servers are almost rude in their unfocused and lackadaisical attitude. Menu is solid from the restaurant and prices fair. Just work on service and it’s great!

I had booked the lounge for 5:30PM, window seat. was able to experience the view of Dubai before sunset, during sunset and after sunset. Check out the pics to have an idea of the view. The hosts were really professional and really helpful and always there around for service. Amazing food. Good experience.
