We had a very bad experience today, the service was bad, the food took long time to be served and when it reached the whole plates were cold. The food was tasteless!! We noticed that most of the tables around us were having the same complaints!! We were so disappointed and will never come again!!!
There were glass pieces inside the jam!!! It was not a Turkish breakfast and quality was really low.
This place sucks, it has ok food but not the best, even McDonald’s is better! Good view, waiters very rude and slow, i ordered pepsi and it reached almost 20 minutes after our order! The food was very cold, cold meat, hot wedges. We returned the food because it was cold, they gave us more cold food! What is this? A two star restaurant? Ruined my first day of 2020. BAD!!
The food was ice cold and the waiters are so rude! They seem very unbothered to cater to us even though we are a family of 7! Even after complaining that the food is very cold they gave us another cold one!! Also A diet coke took 30 minutes to get to us after asking for it in the middle of the food. Very poor service
We had had a terrible experience on new year morning because of their restaurant manager. The higher management took our feedback in consideration and contacted with us to make up for it. We really appreciated their professional approach and went to breakfast again. Just like their ibn battuta branch, our experience was amazing, with a view of Atlantis! Pide is highly recommended.
