The ambience, atmosphere and people were really good in service and welcoming upto a good standard. However the food is below average and not at all on level of One&Only Palm hotel. The resturant needs to work of their food quality and I personally would not recommend it or visit in future unless the food quality is improved.
Had lunch at Zest during a spa day (spa location and treatment was very positive), but overall it was a disappointing to have a lunch in such a beautiful resort with very poor food quality. The service was good but after having lunch i quickly started to feel unwell and it just got worse over time. It was clear after few hours that i was having the symptoms of food poisoning. The day after i reported this to the F&B team that informed me that they were running tests on the food i had. I never heard back. I would avoid
The place is nice, I sat outside but there was no music which was kinda boring. We order the lamp dish but my friend found a plastic in the lamp. The staff said it was piece of bone. I was sure it was a plastic. We went in to an argue and their attitudes was very bad. They did not include the meal in the bill, but still it was disgusting to find a plastic in the food. This happens on 14/2/19 at 10:00 pm.
Best small kept secret in town. Chefs there are a very high level , French , menu is constantly changing and execution is under their direct observation . Love it , quite place , beautiful location and ambient.
beautiful place , it’s better to sit outside . you get the feel of nature .I love the ginger tea 🙂 and they give pink color cookie with tea . it’s brilliant .must visit with your loved once
I was their for the Christmas dinner buffet. The restaurant is really pretty, service is great and the view to the pool relaxing. The food however was a disaster. Cold turkey, tasteless lamb chops and below mediocre steak. They had a good selection of cheese and sushi and thank god for that since that’s all I had to eat. Sorry but I would not go back.
Came here for breakfast buffet. Interesting mix of buffet and a la carte menu which is included in the buffet price. Great variety of food. Drinks were very good from fresh smoothies to fresh energy drinks, great supplement to the usual fruit juices. Service was good if slightly slow if comparing to previous experiences at other restaurants.
