Went to this place for dinner which had Arabic food. The location is good and they should make the place more lively. The shawarmas was very nice and soft. The Filafel was just okey type but served a bit cold. The mix grill was good but very salty. If salt was a bit lesser then it would have been great. The mutton pieces were very tender and soft.

Arabic Street Food night at Al Mawal restaurant at @ghayagrandhotel :#eatwithirene Do you know the cozy feeling you get under stars? Combine that with the Arabic street food and it leads to the perfect evening. The fried vegetarian fritters AKA falafel that you see in the picture was crispy on the outside & soft inside. They had lot more to offer! Barbecue was being made to order & you know that means? Kebabs, Chicken cubes & beef skewers that was super fresh, warm & full of flavor!! Review: #reviewwithirene Food: 4/5Service: 4/5Ambience: Casual & Cozy with food trucks & Fairy lights.Pricing: 4/5, Very reasonable.

I went with family on Saturday for their deck lunch. there was a good variety in food but it lacks the quality and taste, drinks were cheap sparkling drinks in unhealthy plastic bags (in the sun) bbq station wasn’t successful the meat taste awful and Mexican station wasn’t any better with slimy guacamole and average tacos..!On the good side the waffles were tasty and fresh , fries and burgers good as well.5 stars for the very friendly staff and kids play area!2 stars for quality of food and ambiance 3 stars for overall experience

#Decklunch at Ghaya Grand Hotel was an amazing experience for me and my friend. Weather was nice but was windy unexpectedly . Lunch was arranged in a deck area, with a kids play area, badminton court and all. So you guys can imagine how big was the deck area. Kids were enjoying the activities like face painting, sliding and magic showComing back to food , we started our lunch with mango and water lemonade. Drinks were quite refreshing They were having different live station like salad station, tacos station, pasta station ,bread station, waffle station and an extensive dessert station in addition to buffet counter I filled my tummy with pasta, tacos and waffles and of course with deserts. I regret not taking my daughter, otherwise she would have enjoyed every bit of it especially the face painting and magic part onehungrygirl.com

We visited this place in early January, the right climate to enjoy deck lunch in Dubai. They had an open buffet system where we enjoyed great food with lovely views and started with refreshing tropical juice and lemonade. They had amazing tacos with a build your own concept along with nachos. The fillings for tacos were delicious. The chicken pasta was delicious and creamy too. There was a bread station as well. Chicken biryani and butter paneerwas very top notch. And what’s a deck lunch without a BBQ station? We enjoyed their live BBQ of chicken breast fillet and cream dory fish. You can choose it to be served with your own preference of sauces and flavours. The staff is more than happy to always help you as I was confused with so many choices. The lamb grill was delicious and juicy. They have a good selection of desserts like chocolate mousse, brownies and ice cream. The waffles were out of this world. Must try. Located in IMPZ its a bit of a drive from the city, but surely worth the drive for the laid back lunch under the skies. The experience for a very reasonable price of AED 65/adult and AED 35/child is a steal deal! Parking is not an issue either (we went on a Friday afternoon). The staff is full of smiles, ready to help you always and make the dining experience a whole lot better. They have a separate play area for kids as well. We would surely visit again. Our experience summed up in the following ratings.Food: 4/5Ambience: 5/5Price: 5/5Location: 3/5Staff friendliness: 5/5For reviews and collaborations email us at [email protected]

A lazy Saturday afternoon calls for some good food with friends and family on an open terrace with some cold breeze, sipping away flavourful mojitos. Al Mawal Deck Lunch makes your Saturdays truly refreshing and fun. The place is perfect for families with little kids. They have a soft play area, balloon benders, face painters and their buffet setup is so colourful and funky. They have 5 live counters, a dedicated salad bar and a drinks counter where they serve yummy mojitos.Their taco bar is something we really liked. You can make your own tacos with different types of fillings to choose from. You can also grab a plate of nachos if you like. The tacos and nachos had lost their crunch but they tasted quite good. The pasta live counter is something to look out for. The chef prepares fresh and yummy red and white pasta as per your taste. The first round of Penne Arrabiata was a little dry. But next plate was wiped clean by us. The taste of your pasta totally depends on how detailed your instructions are to the chef.If you are a barbeque fan, then the next live counter is for you. They have a live barbeque and shawarma counter only for non-vegetarians. They have fish, beef, chicken and sausages ready to be barbequed and served to you. We felt that the chicken that we ordered was slighly undercooked and the shawarma was a bit dry. They also a serve a wide variety of continental dishes such as roasted potatoes, malaysian veg curry, steamed rice, etc. Tasty and light – ideal Saturday food. And now for those who are already thinking about the desserts. The deck lunch doesn’t offer too many live dessert options other than waffles topped with chocolate, mango, strawberry or cream. They also have a selection of pastries and tarts which do look appealing but failed to impress our sweet tooth. They also have packed fresh fruit boxes for those counting calories.Although we enjoyed our time at the Deck Lunch, we felt like there was something missing. The food can be prepared better, service can be improved and a few more dishes can be added to the menu for more variety.
