The Fusion restaurant has a Friday Brunch and went there to for itThe food was good. They had many live stations for pasta,steak station, sushi staions, Indian cuisine station, and Asian food live stations. Also there is a buffet set up for children and a small play are for kids.Also there are many other varieties in the buffet, from fried fish, foul medames, soup, butter chicken, chicken tikka, curries, rice, biryani, Arabic, international and continental dishes.The Salad and cheese station also is good. And my most favourite the Dessert stations. From Cheesecakes to Tarts, to pudding and cakes.Staff are very attentive and make sure the plates and tables are clean. The drinks are serves on time and the service is very good especially Mr. Lester has offered an excellent service.The Restaurant is very big and large seating area and can cater a lot of customers.Overall experience was good and recommended this brunch.
