Ambiance is not that good, shisha and service below average when you compare it to the price. Not recommended at all as you can get much better quality for the same price and maybe less
Free shisha for ladies- Thank you very much! but the staff is RUDE, to be specific his in the morning shift name “ MUSTAFA” the rest of the guys are good! he once humiliated in front of other customers who’s seating, i was just asking for my shisha and he got irritated and then shouting at me- i raise my complain to the manager but nothing happened, i tried to call again but i was ignored, terrible service with no action from the management.
Here’s a short story: my friend ordered milkshake and it was horrible (maybe expired milk or something), so he returned it politely saying that there’s something wrong with it, they brought another one which tasted exactly the same, so my friend returned it again and asked for tea instead, but the supervisor brought a third one which tasted bad again, and when it was rejected he said to my friend: looks like you don’t know what vanilla tastes like, and when I tried to explain (very politely again) that we asked for tea he left me speaking and went!!!Very bad customer service added to very bad drinks makes it a bad experience. Place is very cold as well, and ventilation is bad so you feel that you are sitting in a fog stormSimply awful

You will love the juices there its quiet place not much decoration shisha for ladies free Its like old coffee you see down building in home or old dubai area no fancy at all or luxury but when u miss old times normal cafe is hereStaff is friendly and professional Not of much view Recommended for nearby people
