Went there for brunch to celebrate my sisters birthday and it was the worst experience ever. The staff had a bad attitude to the point that one of the kitchen staff slammed the steak in my sisters plate because I wasn’t there waiting for him to cook it. They don’t even clean the table unless we ask them to do so and they do it with an attitude. The food was terrible, online it said they will be serving paella but all they had was frozen shrimps and oysters.
I went for a brunch buffet yesterday, the food was absolutely amazing and the view also fantastic. I will definitely come back again and Queenie one of the staff was super friendly, she made sure everything is perfect. Thank you!
Wasn’t aware about this beautiful place earlier, but yesterday when we entered this calm and serene restaurant, it was just magical. Such beautiful interiors and the warm hospitality of the entire team was just mesmerising, especially Chef Khaldoun and the Manager – Ms Shamiran. Both of them took great care of all our individual requests. Thank you for hosting us. Amazing experience we had at Nineteen last night! The food was so good, the atmosphere was inviting and the service was excellent! From the appetizers to the main course, with the right choice of the house beverages, all were perfect and lovely. Especially, I am recommending a 48-hour slow cooked Beef Rib that was just melting in my mouth, complemented with the smooth, tender mashed potato and tasty sauce. So I am truly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially those who love fine food and appreciate the effort of staff to make your evening pleasant and unforgettable.
Accidently came across this deal for a 1.5kg steak with potatoes and veg plus a bottle of wine for 395! When i was having a drink at the barThe Florentine meat quality and cooking was second to none. i was a bit skeptical at first as the deal seemed too good to be true as steak at any restaurant here is extremely expensive and quality not always the best.The potatoes were crunchy as well and the vegetables were a nice touch, all which are usually add ons else!Gravy, mustard and sea salt all provided without fuss. The red wine choice from Australia was decent quality too Great service and quality and will defiantly be back for another one!

A lovely restaurant with views over the green golf course.I have visited a few times and their Friday or Saturday brunch are simply amazing. Great variety of food and p*rk dishes available. The quality has been always maintained at the top, well done to keep this standard up.The staff is always very attentive and they will make sure that your glass is always refilled.
