delivered too late
Very late delivery, and less than average food
Ordered for delivery using Zomato and on the App it said max. 30 minutes would be the delivery time (that was my main reason to order from this restaurant specifically). When it was already passed 10 minutes of this timeline, the update in the App showed that the food was still being prepared so I contacted Zomato and the restaurant and both told me to wait another 15 minutes. Finally I got a call and it’s the driver calling me from the restaurant landline (meaning he still wasn’t on his way) asking me to share my location via WhatsApp, which doesn’t make sense as my address is saved in Zomato. Long story short, I received my order 50 minutes later than expcted and my sandwich was already cold. Disappointing.
ordered breakfast at 10:30, received at lunch time! never tasted it to be honest since i returned it back, 1 star for the service only, not for the food.
The fruits used for the waffles was expired and not good at all!!!It’s my first time to order and will be the last time for sure, I don’t recommend it at all to anyone.
