Improve the bill counter staffing.. they have no coordination with customer service. I’ve ordered from zomato and paid online. They made me wait 30 mins and despite me telling and showing on the app its paid they still told me rudely to call the call centre and verify .Pathetic
A Friday night called for some extra carb-ing and we decided to order a Grilled Chicken Family Bucket from here. It was delivered within 30-40 minutes. The bucket of grilled chicken was accompanied by 3 buns, a box of fries, 4 packets of coleslaw, ketchup sachets, a medium sized Soda bottle and paper cups. Taste wise, the grilled chicken was not up to the mark. Much scope for improvement.
Prepare to wait for a two (2) hours delivery time
Quality of the Fried chicken was awful. I’ve posted the pics. I’m sure that chicken wasn’t fried fresh and it was surely re-fried chicken which lost its tenderness and taste. Similar kind of chicken was put in the Royal Rap. I felt sorry to order from ChicKing.
The mexi crunchy was delicious.The sandwiches are very tasty and spicy as per choice.The service is average and they do not maintain their cleanliness.They have good combos and meals.The pizza here is the one of the worst i have ever had.If you are a pizza lover please do not hav from here
ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE LOT (Al Nahda Branch). NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FOOD OVER AN HOUR LATE. THE APP AND EVERY PLACE SAYS THAT THEY WILL DELIVER WITHIN 30 TO 40 MINS. NOT BOTHERED TO CALL BACK AND WHEN WE CALL TO COMPLAIN THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED. AFTER THE COMPLAINT AND THE CANCELLATION; THATS WHEN THEY GO ON HIGH ALERT. We only paid and took the order because they were going to cut the drivers salary. OTHER WISE WE HAD NO INTENTION OF ACCEPTING IT.This isnt my first experience, my younger brother went in to place order physically a few months ago, he was yelled at, and not given any importance. They denied any meal he asked to order and forced him to take the most expensive option. To every person reading this, if youre thinking of ever ordering, dont, biggest mistake of your life.
