Hello people. I wish to narrate my experience at Freddy’s which took place on 6th of November 2019. The food and alcohol were fine I had no issues with that however something unimaginable happened to me over there. The charging dock station of my samsung earpods was lost/stolen in their premises. I had come over there to celebrate the farewell of a colleague however my entire mood was ruined on account of this occurrence. Obviously I asked the management and waiters over there to help search for this item however it was not found. Even the CCTV footage could’nt help me there as they only have a single camera which covers limited area of the entire place. This itself is disappointing considering the cctv footage should encompass the entire premises. One of the senior manager took down my contact details and promised to call me on the very night and the following day regarding the status of my lost item however he failed to do both of those things. I had to call after 2 days to inquire about my lost item and he simply stated that it was not found. I asked him if I deserve any compensation for this loss to which he gave a vehement NO! At the end of the day I have lost a fairly expensive item in a restaurant and they simply respond with banalities like they searched for it but it wasnt found nobody steals stuff here etc etc. Another small thing I wish to mention is that I saw 2 cockroaches in my seating area which was highly appalling considering this is Dubai and instead of making a big deal of it I simply moved to another table. I have never faced such a situation in any restaurant prior to this in any part of the world and I am extremely disappointed with them. Freddys – You have lost a customer for sure and this is a warning to anyone who visits Freddys to please be careful of your belongings and the pests as well.
I usually go to freddy’s bar on weekend. I would recommend this place when You to chill after office hours. The best thing about this place is live streaming sports. so if you are sports person check out the place. You can also enjoy pool.
A decent place for a good beer and chill. A good screen for sports and a nice pool table. Pool can be complimentary maybe. Food is OK, just had jalepeno cheese poppers, beer is good and service is decent. Just a little too empty even during the weekend.
A great place to have a drink and enjoy live sports. Also the food is yummy!!and having amazing flavors ambience also is quite good . And staff is also good enough to satisfy customer completely

Coolest place that i visit every Friday for the evening to be made the best. Courteous and really engaging staff. Items delivered in the best possible speed.
