Discourteous staff esp the one who takes order over the phone post 9PM.Their shawarma – chicken wrapped in soggy bread.If there was an option, I would have given something less than 1, however, the above rating is for the hardwork by the delivery guys.

Amazing food and great service, the grilled chicken is out of this world it has the best test in Dubai, Ive tried many places but not like this one, the chicken is absolutely testy. The Shawarma, on the other hand, is fantastic. I give the test all the *************. الاكل لذيذ جدا, الدجاج المشوي بديع ولا يعلى عليه, بصراحه: اطيب دجاج في الامارات. اما الشاورمه فانهل لذيذه جدا
a normal cafeteria with nothing special to mention. one of the ordinary mallu food corner in hor al anz area with similar menu. I had lunch from here which tastes very ordinary. Their biriyani is better.
Very bad customer service. The person who was supposed to deliver my order came almost near to my building and went back saying he couldn’t find my building which is less than 5 mins from the Cafeteria. When I called up, the person who answered the phone (perhaps the owner) wasn’t even apologising for it and made zero effort in delivering my order. Moreover, he was on the delivery persons’ side. Before I was even done with speaking, he slammed the phone. This is not the first time I have ordered from this place. People from far across the UAE have made deliveries for me and it was surprising that someone so near couldn’t find my building.
the shawarama is good the other food is not great
