Rude behavior of cashier on Friday afternoon 15 nov 2019, should be polite and answer in appropriate way instead of using rough language and behavior I have ordered two Biryani, immediately I realize that they have. Combo for AED 30 and I requested to change my orders, Very rudely he said we cannot cancel, when I have asked why, he said I will not entertain this in rush hour very rudely. Will try not to visit again.

They will take orders when they want. When we need it closed zomato orders most of the time . Or we have to order it on phone by cod. Then what’s the use of zomato for this type of restaurants
They should hire some good staff who know the value of customer
