Order Placement – 8:45 PmPropose time of Delivery – 10:07 (As per Zomato)My Order Mutton Allo Gosht – Average taste.Dal Chana fry – ordered 2 but received only 1. taste was good.Naan – 2 – Nice.Chicken fried rice – Average.Food deliver after 12:30 am after taking follow up over call 7-8 time to restaurant (one chana daal was missing – Ordered 2 chana daal ). Delivery guy was supportive and delivered order late due to having 6-7 orders together. No conflict with delivery person – Zomato and Restaurant should plan properly and should not take order if cant meet the customer expectation. Overall – Food was nice and tasty but Delay in delivery by more than 2;30 Hours – mood and hungriness totally collapse.

I had ordered food through online for my breakfast, which are channa, egg, paratha and lassi. delivery was right to my door, it was on time too. But paratha was been missed in the order. I asked about it to delivery guy. He said as off its closing we don’t have paratha at store, I will get it from another store and will give u in minutes and he left giving me the rest of my food.. I can’t eat just chana and egg with out bread.. I waited and after an while when I tried to reach him back, though his number where I shared my location through WhatsApp. He blocked my contact.. He is one of an awesome delivery guy I ever met Mr. Ramzan. More funnier things in this the Zomato service team, they apologized for this and promised to refund the cost of paratha. Wow great isn’t?? #zomato
