Declines order even though orders accepted thru Zomato . This is ridiculous as the payment is already debited and then later has to refund .why do you join part of zomato deliveries if you are to decline it ?? Ok

Had ordered double omelette and sambar vada. The order came after 50 mins only to find out that they send sambar idli and not vada. Called the restaurant up and told them the same and they said they would replace it which they did but not before waiting for another 50 minutes. Also I had clearly told them to tell the delivery guy to call me once he’s at the door because I can’t hear the bell from my room but he did not. And finally when I went and opened the door he had the audacity to insult me and use unprofessional language for making him wait when I myself had to wait for almost 2 hours because of their confusion. Terrible service and will never order again. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
