I was sick and instructed the restaurant to makeDal and spinach kichdi with no oil and no spices. They didn’t even read the instructions and made it so spicy with so much oil. After asking the restaurant to replace it and make it again they said we will call you back and let you know. They never called back. And when I called the restaurant to check ( they didn’t bother to pick up my phone) as they didn’t wanted to replace it maybe. At least say that we can’t replace it. Even though it was there mistake not to read the instructions .Worse place ever. Don’t ever order here. They have no customer service skills.
Have ordered a couple of times. Food has been flavorful. Only setback found most of the times I’ve ordered is the delivery guy never carry or has change. Let it be a 20aed or 50aed note..we always have to end up searching for coins and exact change as per the bill. Being a restaurant, you expect the person to carry some money.
