Follow me on instagram; MenuCreeperIf this is your first time having authentic Chinese food, I am sure you will be blown away by the flavours. Sichuan (Szechuan) cuisines are served here, but if you are used to authentic food in any way, you might find yourself disappointed. I thought the flavours were underwhelming and most of the food was necessarily oily. I had to stop eating just to get away from the oil. Chinese food can be made with adequate amount of oil and this wasn’t it.
We tend to go here in a large group so we can order the fish hot pot in the wooden barrel. It’s delicious and huge. Don’t forget to take a video when they come out with the barrel to “cook” your fish soup. I figure seven adults could finish the whole barrel as we tend to come with 5 or 6 and there’s still leftovers. We also love their spicy fried shrimps and special pepper chicken salad. It’s sooooo good! These are our must-orders for this place. If we don’t go in a large group, would just order the spicy fried shrimps and pepper chicken. Also, the waiter there is super helpful and patient. He also speaks English and is polite.
