Our highly anticipated birthday cake was a huge disappointment. The themed cake was missing essential elements. If a 4 years could clearly pick out the missing part and cry in frustration, then I wouldn’t call this a professional output. The manager was highly argumentative and instead of recognizing his mistake, he elected to talk down to his customers. I would not recommend this place, in fact I would seriously caution against throwing your money away.

5* on the presentation of the cake.. it looked just amazing!!! The sponge was soft, a little on the sweeter side but the texture was great too!!
The BEST service available! !! I ordered a cake online from the US and it was very fast and easy transaction. The gluten, egg and dairy free cake was delicious and my family was very happy. Definitely a great place to get cakes from. Thank you Fab cakes for such great service! !!
