I ordered 1 kg of Buri fish. It came after one hour to Mirdif as promised. Food was delicious. Have sent me a complimentary dish of shrimps with a scrumptious source. The side dishes that came with the meal were great too. There were many of them did not expect all of that. Was happy with the meal.
Usually I don’t post a negative review but this has exceeded all the limits. It start when I called the restaurant ask if they have a seating area and they advise they have very well seated area to seat with family and enjoy food. We reach and we order our food. Then we notice that the AC wasn’t cooling enough and we start changing table almost 2 times with no results. They said that the food will took 30 minutes to prepare part of our food was salad and soup. We waited for one and half hour for the food and every time we ask they response it will take few minutes to serve and they start serving food all one time and they forgot part of our order and the service was really terrible and food quality is not that tasty. It was a bad experience when you have your family and kids with you and no AC and waiting all this time. Not only this but it took them half an hour to fold the rest of food for takeaway and they don’t have visa and only cash.Sorry to say this but it’s not recommended at all specially that a lot of customer was sharing the same experience and complain.
