what was ordered : chicken shawerma plate with friesthe order was given quickly , the service was not bad , the arabic chicken shawerma tasted alright , though it isn’t the best shawerma it was alright , the fries went well with the shawerma , a garlic dip was given toooverall : notbad
The food quality is average. The delivery service was horrible .. it was really really late and the food came cold. But to be honest, the worst experience was from the Zomato customer agent.. he/she kept me waiting for 10-12 minutes, was not helpful and did not offer any solutions to this. Zomato delivery service is going down and I am very disappointed since I have been a regular customer. And also, these agents should go though a proper training on customer service. @zomato please take note.
