Sambhar and chutneys were very watery.Idli not soft enough.
Hi good evening friends.Delivery coordination and follow up ???????????????I have placed an order for 1 ravadosa and 1 set vada to get this order i have waited for 45 min.I made three call to the restaurant in different interval 30 min , 10 min then the cashier or order taker promised he will check and update. but he didnt bother to call back, during my final he disrespect totally and told if you cant wait cancel those order.Taste, service and respect to the customer on what they are paying you matter.Please educate your cashiers to handle the situation politely as your are in serving the people with food, those who place order late after 9 pm really they are hungry and waiting for the food to served on minimum time.If i want to place and order again with you i will think ________________Thank you for the lesson learned with you guys.Peer ( 0507125825)
Sambhar can be a bit thicker. Vadas are delicious
Ordered breakfast today, porotta were stale ( obviously previous night porotta), the only saving grace was the omelette, unfortunately that too was filled with ketchup making it sweet.Secondly the delivery boy, doesn’t have change for aed 20 n my bill being fifteen. He shows me his empty wallet n asks me to get change..really?Kindly fix all these loose ends in order to avoid negative feedbacks. Thanks
