  I had visited D-tech for a business meet and had the chance to eat at Nicola’s. They are bustling during lunch hours and it’s only because their food is really fresh. Since we were many we ordered dishes we could share, pepperoni and magarita pizza along with green salad and buffalo cheese. All dishes were served within 20 mins in rush hour.

  Have been a regular here for almost a year now. The readymade lunch is just average but they have good food if you order fresh. Thats what I did yesterday where I ordered a fresh pasta. I paid and waited for 20 minutes. When there was no sign of it, I went to enquire and the female behind the counter said we dont have what you ordered (but you made me pay already). When I asked again she said she has a big order now and no time for the pasta. I was blown away. Her tone has always been rude but yesterday was horrible. I understand rush hour, but not this attitude. Will avoid henceforth. They can keep serving big orders..

  Previous experience with this restaurant was quite pleasant until today when we returned the food that we ordered because the chicken was still raw inside. I would like to highlight that the 1-star rating has nothing to do with their staff as they are always giving us customer satisfaction with their excellent service. There was this lady (I would assume that she is a co-owner, that is why she acts so entitled about herself) behind the counter who was rude to us from the moment we complained about the food until we left the restaurant. Take note, we were very polite when we told them that there was something wrong with our food and yet she started throwing some unpleasant attitude. She could have just replaced it or at the very least talk to us in a nice way if they didn’t want to but she was so tactless. YOUR ATTITUDE DOESN’T DESERVE A HIGH RATING

  The chicken was raw :S and we complained the chief started saying bad words about us although we were sitting right infront of her with no respect to our feelings. The whole experience was awful from the food to the attitude but the working staff was actually polite and nice excluding the female chief

  The concept of having a restaurant with vibrant natural lighting seems to be very helpful in creating a very lively atmosphere which would motivate individuals to work effectively. This italian restaurant is tucked inside the Dtec centre with good varieties of dishes ranging from combo meals to pizza, drinks and coffee.I was very fascinated by seeing the level of activity going around the restaurant. I ordered the chicken malinese which came with the choice of two side dishes. I chose pasta and potatoes wedges. Oh my the food was absolutely phenomenal as it had the right proportion of ingredients making it very subtle for our taste buds.I also had the opportunity to try the karak which was a normal machine tea. I would definitely recommend italian food lovers to visit this restaurant in Dubai Silicon Oasis. foodguideofficial.com

  Great food and even better portions. Definitely worth the money spent!They’ve got quite a variety as well. Visited them one Thursday evening with my colleagues for a fancy lunch.
