Very disappointed. This is not the first time I ordered Panda Express, this time the food that was delivered to me was old and seems like they just reheated it. Really dispoointed, the food was cold even the sauce for my grilled chicken is hard. Maybe they ate doing thia because it just a “delivery”. You can see the photo if u can actually eat the food.
Expectation vs reality. We ordered 2 plate meals expecting it will be the same serving as what we get in the US.
The food was delivered earlier as expected so it was still hot and very fresh. Chicken teriyaki, orange chicken and kung pao shrimp are the best and must try!!!
Food arrived on time, fresh and hot food with improved packing and presentation.
It was fantastic lunch on last friday from panda express. My family loved the food especially teriyaki, thai cashew and orange chicken and packaging was nice. I am sure it would be different experience. go & try it.
I had visited MCC on Tuesday evening. The noodles were thinner and very dry. Their portion gets smaller by the day and worse; their customer service is horrible!! I had asked the noodles as parcel when I ordered it. It was left uncovered. I went to pay at the cashier. 3 Filipinos were so busy talking and laughing: 2 female and 1 male. They didn’t even bother to ask why the customer was standing at the front. I had to repeat thrice before I was louder than anybody’s comfort zone it was then that the male guy asked me if he could help, the other two still didn’t bother and continued their converstation. This is not my first time with such behavior at this restaurant. But this is beyond disgusting that you are being polite with them and they never show you any welcomeness, warmth or kindness. I have never seen such a behavior at any other restaurant. Please fix your stuff’s attitude and arrogance!!
We ordered sunday promotion (max up) unfortunately the food is below the normal standards, vegetables & noodles are very crunchy below cook. Food was cold. It’s really disappointing.
