This place isn’t for a good seating or really polished presented food. What you get here is cheap food and really good taste (kind of reminds you of road side dhabbas back home in Pakistan – or India). If you want to try the best mutton chappal kebabs, must go here.A word of caution, they do use quiet some oil for fried goods, but heck, I love it anyway.
I am a big fan of Pulao and was looking forward to the afghani version of it. Pulao should be a bit sweet with out feeling any sugary taste, thats my opinion. This was more like a regular rice.
Dishes ordered : Main course: chicken biryani Drinks : laban upCuisine : Mughal – Pakistani Ambience: odd Arrangements: fine enough Pricing: reasonable Quality/ taste: better Quantity/ presentation: okeysh Speciality: biryani rice Over all rating: black medal Suggestions: [+] service and varieties [-] quality and arrangements
I tried Afghani pulao and chappli kabab both of them were amazing .the staff is very friendly and service is also fast you dont need to wait long .
A typical Afghani / Pakistani restaurant. Visited this place twice and tried two of their famous dishes. The first time I tried Mutton Peshawari which tasted quite good. Meat pieces were tender and gravy was rich and thick. The second time I tried Special Chicken Afghani Pulao which tasted just average, nothing special. This place is spacious inside with plenty of tables and most importantly, pocket friendly.
