BAD SERVICE!! It took them 3 + hours to deliver my order. On chatting with zomato and calling the restaurant multiple times realized they have no clue where their delivery guy is and instead kept giving false information. The food received was dead cold. Never ordering from here again!!

I have ordered food several times from this restaurant and it has taken almost 2 hours to deliver consistently, even after calling several times on the restaurant and the driver. Order placed on Zomato at 11-11.15am will be delivered earliest by 1pm. The time shown on Zomato before placing the order or even after placing the order are of no importance, as the actual delivery takes much much longer than promised delivery.
I really like the consistency of this restaurant. They have been consistent in cancelling 2 orders in a span of a month. This is despite of them accepting the order and showing that the food is on the way and being carried by their delivery agent. Guess this restaurant should stop their delivery service option if they cannot fulfil it.
A nice pocket friendly vegetarian joint in Jafza.Tried Paneer Tikka masala with roti from here which was totally worth with pretty good quantity as well.Will surely consider this place for future office lunches.
I had a bad very experience ordering from this restaurant. The food packing & delivery service is very poor. I ordered pongal + vada and a filter coffee. The food delivered after an hour fine..but the coffee is not packed well, it just spill over the food. The driver noticed and said the reason is because of a road turn. seriously? Never ordering anything from this restaurant anymore. Thank you for your service.
