  This place being near to us and decent enough for kids engagement we decided to go here for our Friday brunch, Initially we liked the place and everything related to it.Now the twist comes, I had called them for booking in the morning and it was communicated to me that we accept entertainer for alcohol and non alcohol packages and it sounded a fair deal.Even when we reached the place, they asked us about our first visit so it was twice clarified about our visit.When the cheque comes, we are charged 100 dhs extra as upgrade to the liquor after using entertainer on 395 dhs pp.On asking it was communicated to us that entertainer works only on 295 pp soft drinks package and we need to charge 100 extra for a single glass I took for drink. Extremely unprofessional and hidden stuff which was not expected from this chain, my suggestion would be a no for this place for the way the situation was handled in the end.Not at all worth for 500 dhs after using entertainer. Very very disappointed!

  Went here for the Iftar brunch couple months ago and was expecting a little bit more in terms of selection of food and taste itself. There wasn’t anything that stood out from the experience as the food was just fine but not spectacular. Quite decent place and staff were also okay, though they don’t seem to go out of their way to assist guests.

  I came there with a great expectations but unfortunately very disappointed. I saw there menu before I went for the iftar buffet and they have varieties of Indian vegetarian food but when we went there, they don’t have anything for vegetarians like us expect fruits, few salad and potatoes. Paying 185/- aed per person only for fruits and salads, it’s a bit making any sense to us.We also asked the chefs and waiter who are present there for vegetarians or vegans food but they didn’t bother us what we were saying and they just ignored us. Unfriendly and rude staffs.So we had really bad experience and if you’re are vegetarians, my request not to go there or before paying 185/- for the buffet check the menu and then pay.

  Such a Beautiful brunch experience. So much to do for kids, from bouncy castle, there own buffet section, an indoor petting room, clown, and a separate room for crafts.What more do you want when the kids are super happyThey have a humongous variety of food from Italian, Indian, yummy sushi.Everything in one place.Definitely will be returning back

  Visited with visiting family for the Friday Family Brunch would highly recommend. Beautiful setting, excellent choice of food and great children’s entertainment. Service was excellent from all staff and the live music very entertaining. Before booking emailed the hotel with a few queries and all answered quickly and efficiently, very impressive from start to finish.
