Order was accepted by restaurent, charged me and after 1 hour when it is time for delivery, the restaurent called and said that they cannot deliver the food..

Well the worst experience I felt on online delivery.. The promised time 55 minutes but they delivered after 90mins which totally unacceptable. I called the restaurant 2 times to follow up both time they said 15mins and many excuses which is not my problem.. Please advise be advised and careful when promising time
Food was very bad. Chicken served was with skin. Taste was as not good at all and it came 90 minutes after order was placed where they mentioned delivery time to be 45 minutes. After such a delay any one can loose appetite.
Worst delivery service. Took 1:30 mints to deliver food and had to call 4 times to check the status. This is the first time such a thing is happening to me.
