Always I had been to KFC & never found any faults. I made an attempt to try Taza.1) I asked Menu – the cashier seemed very busy n concentrated. He replied check below. The menu isnot detailed or the portion is not mentioned 2) I asked if I can ask for one more piece of chicken and pay for it. Reply was Its Policy we cant give another piece irrespective of payment3) I got 4 pieces. Chest, Wing, Leg n another was not sure which part of chicken. I requested to change that piece and give me another. Its policy – you cant change. I requested again. Tue person sarcastically replied and then when I told I will report about it to the management – another person started making fun by replying THANK YOU SIR (repeatedly). I asked a guy his name and the reply was in melody tone his Full Name. Again i said I will never come back. The reply was THANK YOU SIR.The chicken served was not hot n fresh. And the pieces were too small.Attached images

The best place to have cheap meals in IBN batuta mall. Even the food quality and quantity is very good. One can have a proper meal in around 10-15AED.
Amazing chicken.. may it be the chicken tikka combo or the hariyali chicken combo. Both are very tasty and very economical too.We took the hariyali tikka combo which had two big pieces of hariyali chicken tikka, hummus, garlic sauce, water and tahini sauce with breads. All this for only AED 20. Can you believe it?
