Shame on such a beautiful restaurant that does not know how to handle and service its customers. A place with such horrible managerial skills that we had to wait for an hour and a half to be seated (even though we made a reservation 2 weeks in advance) on a table that they stuck for us in the middle just for the sake of shutting us up. On top of that, after we refused to sit on this “table” and said we’re leaving they promised that they would call the next day to see how they can make it up to us and they didn’t! What a joke!
This is not Greece, Dubai customers are loyal and not seasonal tourists. Nammos team seems to be unaware this is a highly competitive f&b market with a sophisticated service oriented customer base. I hope they realize this soon before this beautifully designed restaurant loses its glamour to poor management
Please be polite. This is a place for love and feedback, not hate. Okay Zomato, you got that. This restaurant is like a man who pretends to be a female influencer that brags about Chanel and LV but actually wears a Channnel and ABIDAS. There’s nothing right about it.
This is by far the worst place you can visit in Dubai. Service is disrespectful. With a reservation at 4:15 PM by 5:50 PM we did not have our table yet and we left. Thank you nammos!
Excellent place to party with group of friends
One of the nicest restaurants in Dubai right now; perfect ambience, amazing service, great music, lovely views. I went on a Saturday afternoon (make sure to book in advance) and it had a great vibe. We ordered the beetroot salad, grilled haloumi, spider roll, king crab legs, octopus, mushroom risotto and the molten choc cake. In all honesty, Greek food is known for seafood and cheese so I was a little bit disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. The best dish we had was the risotto when I was expecting the seafood to be amazing. Don’t go in with high expectations about the food but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. Definitely recommended on a weekend.
